Stripe and Paradigm have jointly developed the Layer 1 blockchain Tempo, introducing the TIP-1061 proposal for native multisig accounts. The proposal aims to integrate multisig as a native account type at the protocol layer, eliminating the need to deploy smart contract wallets like Safe for multisig control.
