ETH has been through four bull and bear cycles after all, with thousands of major nodes ensuring security and relative decentralization. Sui, on the other hand, has only been through one cycle—barely a rising star. Plus, this update is pretty significant, so some instability is totally normal: The Sui blockchain account model uses an Object model to ensure speed, which has some similarities to BTC's UTXO model. Now, to make it more developer-friendly and roll out S2, the newly added Address Balance model is closer to Ethereum's Account Model. I think this is a good change. Let’s give them more time and patience!
