As for whether on-chain stock RWA is a positive for CEX, I don’t think so. It’s more like a stopgap measure—better than doing nothing at all. Previously, CEX was the referee + player + playing field, and sometimes even acted as the police. Now, CEX is just the playing field, so making money isn’t as easy as it used to be.
