But home prices don't magically fall just because rates rise. It's a valuation model, not a self correcting enforcement mechanism. And we just left a period with the highest buyer/refi activity in history, so there aren't many forced sellers. Thus, the pain continues(𝐓𝐗𝐌𝐂)
