According to Wu Blockchain, Bloomberg ETF analyst James Seyffart posted that Grayscale has submitted the fifth version of the S-1 amendment for the Grayscale Hyperliquid Staking ETF. The proposed trading code remains HYPG, but the fee rate has not yet been disclosed. The document still includes statements about approximately 2 million HYPE tokens as part of the seed investment arrangement, equivalent to about $130 million at current prices.
