[BlackRock Submits Third Edition of iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF S-1 Filing]
Bloomberg ETF analyst Eric Balchunas stated on platform X that the iShares Bitcoin Premium Income ETF (BITA) has submitted the third edition of its S-1 amendment. The fees have not yet been disclosed, but the issuer (BlackRock) is clearly actively fine-tuning the product.
