Bankrupt crypto lending platform Celsius's former CEO Alex Mashinsky has filed a motion with the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of New York, seeking to overturn his 12-year prison sentence. In the motion, he argues that his previous lawyer provided ineffective defense and claims that some evidence was improperly influenced by law enforcement. He also alleges in the attached documents that former FTX CEO SBF attempted to 'destroy Celsius' and that Celsius's former Chief Revenue Officer Roni Cohen-Pavon tried to carry out a 'hostile takeover' of Celsius.
