🚨NEW: Looks like @custodiabank CEO @CaitlinLong_ is preparing to take her fight with the Federal Reserve to the Supreme Court. Justice Neil Gorsuch has granted Custodia additional time to file a certiorari petition, asking the U.S. Supreme Court to review the 10th Circuit’s ruling on whether the Fed has legal discretion to deny the bank a master account. The move comes after a divided 10th Circuit Court of Appeals ruled in favor of the Federal Reserve. Custodia’s petition is due July 11.(Eleanor Terrett)
