Establishing the second Ethereum Foundation is so important. Now is the best time to kick off the post-Vitalik era. New drivers need to focus on ETH's long-term value capture (not necessarily high fees, but ensuring L1 and L2 can align consistently, no more letting L2 freeload). Once integrated, Ethereum will no longer have weaknesses in competition with other L1 public chains. It will be the most decentralized, secure, and liquid chain, as well as the most scalable chain ecosystem, capable of crushing other L1s.
