Odaily Planet Daily News: OpenAI has released the Frontier Governance Framework, systematically outlining how its AI safety and governance practices align with emerging regulatory requirements such as the California Frontier AI Transparency Act and the EU's General AI Behavior Guidelines. This framework is based on OpenAI's existing Preparedness Framework and focuses on areas such as cyberattacks, CBRN risks, harmful manipulation, runaway risks, model reporting, safety incident response, and external expert reviews. OpenAI stated that the framework will be continuously updated as model capabilities and the regulatory environment evolve.
