The key point from last week was the following:
"OTC markets are not only used by buyers. There are also participants who want to quietly sell large amounts without impacting the market.
If there is not enough OTC buy-side demand to absorb that supply, the liquidity eventually has no choice but to move onto exchanges.
And now, market makers are starting to deposit Bitcoin back onto exchanges again."
In other words, if there is not enough OTC buy-side liquidity to absorb large sell pressure, that supply eventually has no choice but to move onto exchanges.
Market maker exchange deposit transactions have started increasing again, and when compared to the previous pattern (yellow box)
This does not appear to be a healthy signal for the market.
