It is reported that Alpha Compute officially acquired a 60% controlling stake in this transaction for approximately $11 million, with an implied valuation of approximately $18 million, and the counterparty is Animoca Brands. After this transaction, Alpha Compute will establish a new AI gaming division, Alpha Games.
