At the press conference, Liu Guixiang, a full-time member of the Judicial Committee of the Supreme People's Court at the vice-ministerial level and a second-level senior judge, stated that the People's Courts will adhere to the principle of 'two unwavering commitments,' implement the Private Economy Promotion Law, and equally protect the legitimate rights and interests of various market entities in accordance with the law. Efforts will focus on addressing issues such as the use of criminal and administrative measures to interfere in economic disputes, particularly profit-driven and irregular cross-regional judicial practices. Mechanisms for the regular prevention and correction of wrongful cases will be improved.
