[Trump Appoints Former Attorney General Bondi to White House AI Committee]
Deep Tide TechFlow reports that on May 27, according to the AXIOS website, U.S. President Donald Trump has appointed former Attorney General Pam Bondi to an advisory committee focused on artificial intelligence policy. Bondi, who was relieved of her duties as Attorney General by Trump last month, will join the President's Council of Advisors on Science and Technology. The committee is co-chaired by former White House AI advisor David Sacks and White House science advisor Michael Kratsios. Members also include over a dozen tech executives, such as NVIDIA co-founder Jensen Huang, Meta CEO Mark Zuckerberg, and Oracle co-founder Larry Ellison. It is reported that Bondi will be responsible for facilitating coordination between the government and the tech giants on the committee. (Jin10)
