OKX's exchange-as-a-service idea is pretty creative. But there's a paradox: those who have the ability to launch an exchange don't need OKX, just like Jeff doing HYPE doesn't need to wait for the OKX toolkit. And those who lack the ability won't necessarily succeed just because they have the toolkit. So, the real focus is still on OKX doing it themselves. As for whether they can pull it off, their tech is impressive and should make them a strong challenger to HYPE. This is way better than Binance supporting another project.
