According to Bloomberg, OKX plans to incorporate employees' ability to use AI tools into performance evaluations. The report states that OKX began encouraging employees to use AI in their daily work earlier this year and plans to officially include related metrics, such as AI token usage and time saved, in the mid-September performance review.
