In my memory, this is the third time. OKX's confidentiality is seriously impressive. The first time was on August 13, 2025, when they announced reducing the total supply of OKB to 21 million. The second time was on March 5, 2026, when the NYSE parent company announced an investment in OKX. The third time is today, with the release of the Exchange OS protocol.
