The revised proposal includes major changes in direct response to community feedback: • A budget reduction of 22% ($550K) while retaining a tier-one experience • An increase of CF internal resource from $250K to $380K to reduce external vendor costs • A decoupling from EMURGO's TOKEN2049 sponsorship proposal The proposal outlines in detail the strategic importance to Cardano, of Singapore as the chosen location, the increased benefits that scheduling alongside TOKEN2049 will deliver, and the impact a vital platform like this will provide for critical integrations like USDCx, LayerZero, CIP-113, and bitcoin bridging.
