[Iran: Neither Iran nor the U.S. Made Any Commitments on Nuclear Issues in Draft Agreement]
BlockBeats News, May 25 – According to a report by the Iranian Students' News Agency on May 25, a senior Iranian diplomat stated that neither Iran nor the United States made any commitments regarding nuclear issues or highly enriched uranium in the preliminary draft agreement reached between the two sides. The diplomat also mentioned that if the U.S. fulfills the commitments outlined in the potential memorandum of understanding, the two parties will discuss nuclear issues and highly enriched uranium reserves during a 60-day negotiation period in exchange for the lifting of U.S. sanctions and the unfreezing of assets. Additionally, Iran is currently negotiating to end the war and has not discussed nuclear issues.
