FTX US's former primary external legal counsel, Fenwick & West, has agreed to pay $54 million to settle claims from FTX customers alleging its involvement in assisting SBF's fraud. Audit firm Prager Metis has also agreed to pay $11.75 million, while former NBA player and FTX promoter Udonis Haslem will pay $420,000, bringing the total settlement amount for the second round of FTX class-action lawsuits to approximately $66.17 million.
