According to Wu Blockchain, Aave officially stated that the liquidity restaking protocol Kelp DAO has sent the second-to-last batch of rsETH to the LayerZero lock-up contract for rsETH. The remaining portion will be sent on Monday, at which point full asset backing for rsETH will be restored. Aave mentioned that the LTV of WETH has returned to pre-incident levels, and all markets are now operating normally.
