Helping my family organize some data, ended up taking a photo of it. Sent it to GPT 5.5, and it totally gave up—couldn’t recognize it at all. GPT kept telling me: I suggest you take another clearer photo: hold the phone straight over the paper, don’t tilt it, ensure even lighting, and try to make the text larger. Can’t imagine what would happen if you gave AI a handwritten prescription from a doctor to recognize.
