The European Commission has launched a public consultation on the implementation of the 'Markets in Crypto-Assets Regulation' (MiCA) to assess whether the current crypto-asset regulatory framework still aligns with market developments. The Commission stated that since MiCA's implementation in 2024, the digital asset market and global regulatory environment have undergone significant changes. The consultation will run until August 31, and the results will be used to shape future digital asset policies.
