When talking about the physical condition of Iran's Supreme Leader Mujtaba Khamenei, he said that although Mujtaba had been injured before, any matter discussed in Iran now - any matter that falls within the responsibility or authority of the Supreme Leader according to the Iranian Constitution - will be decided by him. He pointed out, "The most important thing is that we have the Supreme National Security Council. From 2003 to 2015, intensive negotiations were held around the nuclear issue.
