[Morgan Stanley: Bond Market Sell-Off May Impact U.S. Stock Rally]
According to a report by Jinse Finance, on May 18, Morgan Stanley strategists stated that as the global bond market sell-off threatens the stock market rally driven by the artificial intelligence boom, global equities are facing significant correction risks. The team, led by Mike Wilson, wrote in a report that if bond market volatility intensifies further and long-term interest rates continue to rise, 'we expect the U.S. stock market to experience its first meaningful correction since bottoming out at the end of March.'
