[Hyperbridge Launches Bug Bounty Program on HackenProof]
According to Golden Finance, on May 15, cross-chain interoperability protocol Hyperbridge announced via a tweet that it has launched a bug bounty program on the security platform HackenProof. Independent security researchers can review the Hyperbridge codebase and submit vulnerability reports, which will be classified, confirmed, and rewarded within 3 days after approval.
The reward range is as follows: $200 for low-risk vulnerabilities, $2,000 to $5,000 for medium-risk, $5,000 to $15,000 for high-risk, and up to $50,000 for critical-level vulnerabilities. The bounty program covers the entire protocol codebase, including issues such as logic flaws, access control, reentrancy attacks, cross-chain message forgery, and state manipulation. All testing must be conducted in a local forked environment, and attacks on live infrastructure are strictly prohibited.
Previously, on April 13, Hyperbridge suffered an attack, with estimated losses of approximately $2.5 million.
