One of the things I'm loving at Coinbase right now is how our teams are rethinking workflows from scratch. This post from @dorvonlevi is a great example. Instead of layering AI on top of an old process, the team rebuilt it so humans and models can make each other better. More scrutiny per case, faster resolution, and a feedback loop where every decision makes the whole system smarter.
