Before retail starts crying about how they are underallocated on CBRS shares - remember what happened with FIG - low float with IPO lock up is what produces that healthy initial pump and attention for a stock. underwriters understand this and hence allocate heavily to Long Only funds who dont flip shares.(degentrading)
