US Treasury Secretary Besson: Iran's oil storage space has been depleted and will be forced to shut down Odaily Planet Daily reported that US Treasury Secretary Bessent stated that Iran's oil reserves are full and Tehran will need to stop oil production. After the United States imposed a blockade on Iran's oil exports, the key issue in this conflict is how long Iran can store the oil that cannot be exported before it runs out of space. Some analysts believe that Iran still has a few weeks of storage capacity, and Tehran has begun to slowly reduce production to address this stalemate. Besent said in an interview with CNBC's "Financial Forum" that in the past three days, Iran has been unable to load oil tankers at its main oil export terminal, Hark Island, due to the US blockade preventing oil tankers from entering and leaving the Persian Gulf. In the first month of the US blockade, the US military has forced 70 ships that were reportedly heading towards or leaving Iranian ports to change their routes. (Golden Ten)
