SATA, a subsidiary of Strike, will become the first publicly traded security in the United States to receive daily dividends, with an effective annualized yield of 13.88% On May 14th, according to CoinDesk, Strike announced that its variable rate A-series perpetual preferred stock (SATA) will pay cash dividends every working day starting from June 16th, becoming the first publicly traded security in US capital market history to pay daily dividends. Although the nominal annualized dividend yield remains unchanged at 13%, due to the high-frequency compounding effect of approximately 250 working days per year, the actual effective annualized yield will increase to approximately 13.88%, which is 7.6 basis points higher than the monthly payment structure.
