The U.S. approves 10 Chinese companies to buy H200: including Alibaba and Tencent, with a limit of 75,000 units per company. Currently, about 10 Chinese companies have been authorized to purchase, with confirmed buyers including Alibaba, Tencent, ByteDance, and JD.com. Lenovo and Foxconn have been approved as distributors. According to the license granted by the U.S., each customer can buy up to 75,000 units. 75,000 H200 units would cost approximately ¥14.25 billion RMB (around $2.025 billion USD). Based on a unit price of $27,000 USD, the China-specific price might be 30% higher. In the end, companies with computing power and those without will live in two completely different worlds.
