[Poll: Only 4% of Americans Consider Candidates' Crypto Policy Stance When Voting]
Odaily Planet Daily News – A survey conducted by polling firm Public First among 2,035 American adults shows that only 4% of respondents would base their voting decisions on a candidate's stance on crypto policies. Affordable housing, consumer fraud protection, and reducing bank fees are the top three issues voters most want Congress to address. Only 18% of respondents believe that establishing rules for the crypto market should be a congressional priority, just 1 percentage point higher than regulating large banks. 45% of respondents think that investing in cryptocurrency is not worth the risk, even with the potential for high returns; only 19% have ever traded cryptocurrency. Republican Congressman Dusty Johnson stated that while most voters do not care about digital assets, those who do care are very passionate about the issue.
