[Poll Shows: Only 4% of Americans Consider Cryptocurrency Factors When Voting] According to a report by Cointelegraph, a survey conducted by polling firm Public First on 2,035 American adults, published by Politico on Wednesday, revealed that only 4% of respondents would base their voting decisions on a candidate's stance on cryptocurrency policies. Affordable housing, consumer fraud protection, and reducing bank fees are the top three issues voters most want Congress to address. Only 18% of respondents believe that establishing rules for the crypto market should be a priority for Congress, just 1 percentage point higher than regulating large banks. 45% of respondents think that investing in cryptocurrency is not worth the risk, even with high returns; only 19% have ever traded cryptocurrency. Republican Congressman Dusty Johnson stated that while most voters do not care about digital assets, those who do care are very passionate about the issue.
