Anthropic allows third-party agents to rejoin Claude subscription version, but adds independent credit limit restrictions Odaily Planet Daily News: Anthropic announced that a new Agent SDK billing policy will be implemented from June 15, 2026. According to the new regulations, third-party agent tools such as OpenClaw will be allowed to access the Claude subscription version again, but with a separate "exclusive monthly quota" that will no longer be shared with regular chat quotas. Previously, Anthropic had restricted third-party tools from accessing Claude's subscription limit in April this year on the grounds of preventing abuse. This adjustment is considered as the final solution to the relevant disputes, which is to reopen third-party access but completely isolate Agent calls from regular chat limits. Specifically, Pro version users will receive a monthly exclusive credit limit of $20; Max 5x and Advanced Team Edition are priced at $100; Max 20x and Premium Enterprise Edition can receive a maximum credit limit of $200. The relevant quota can only be used for third-party applications, self built Agent projects, and claude-p backend command calls. The quota is refreshed monthly, and any excess will be charged according to the standard API rate.
