Don Bacon (NE) & Brian Fitzpatrick (PA) as well as 215 Democrats in signing onto Foreign Affairs Top Democrat Gregory Meeks discharge petition and become the 218th signer needed to force a floor vote on Meeks bill to sanction Russia and aid Ukraine. Rep.
