When reviewing, I found that the tracking polymarket smart money address has suddenly lost its intelligence in the past two weeks. After the V2 version, a new wallet address appeared. Polymarket will officially migrate to CLOB V2 around 11:00 UTC on April 28, 2026. There are indeed new things after V2: new Exchange contracts, new pUSD, new signature types, and deposit wallets. But this does not mean that all old users are forced to change their wallets. The old proxy wallet/safe wallet can generally continue to be used. The truly complex part is the deposit wallet in the new API process. If a user starts using deposit wallet, the fields you see when placing an order may change: `Maker 'could be a deposit wallet. `The signer may be a deposit wallet. `The fund may also be a deposit wallet. And the address you originally tracked may only be the old proxy wallet or the 'proxyWallet' in the Data API. This is troublesome. I looked at the M2/M3 collection scripts in the project, and they mainly took 'proxyWallet' from the official interface. But these interfaces did not directly return: `depositWallet` `walletType` `signatureType` `maker` `signer` `funder` So relying solely on these two interfaces, it is difficult to determine whether an address has been switched to the deposit wallet process. This is important for smart money tracking. Do you think you're tracking this person. But what is actually tracked in the code may only be a certain display address. The actual transaction address after V2 may be in the order field or on chain fund flow. So now I will divide the address into several layers to see: Who is the display address. Who is the order maker/designer/funder. Do you have a deposit wallet. Has the funds flowed from the old address to the new address. Has this new address continued to be traded on V2 CLOB. in a word: After V2, don't just ask 'Did Smart Money change its address?'. What kind of wallet does the field I am currently tracking represent
