Announcement on the Adjustment of Order Rates for the Liquidity Enhancement Program (ELP) Maker Dear Ouyi users: The Ouyi Liquidity Enhancement Program (ELP) has introduced a new type of pending order, aimed at enhancing the liquidity of users under specific Ouyi entities and improving the quality of transaction execution. ELP orders will be processed with orders from apps, web platforms, and OpenAPI under delay protection. We will adjust the ELP affiliate rates from 16:00 to 18:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026. This adjustment only affects users whose Maker rates are at a negative level. Please carefully read the changes described in this announcement and evaluate their impact on your trading strategy. Please note: Ouyi reserves the right to modify or postpone the effective date of the above rate adjustment as needed. If the effective date changes, no further notice or reminder will be given. Starting from 16:00-18:00 (UTC+8) on May 20, 2026, for users whose Maker rate effective level is negative, their ELP Maker order rates will be adjusted to the standard Maker rate x 0.5. Users whose Maker rate effective level is positive will not be affected by this adjustment.
