Circle Q1 Revenue Reaches $694 Million, USDC On-Chain Transaction Volume Up 263% Year-on-Year

Odaily Planet Daily News – Circle has released its financial report for the first quarter of fiscal year 2026. According to the data, as of the end of Q1, USDC circulation reached $77 billion, a year-on-year increase of 28%; USDC on-chain transaction volume for the quarter reached $21.5 trillion, up 263% year-on-year. The financial report shows that Circle's total revenue and reserve income for Q1 amounted to $694 million, a year-on-year increase of 20%; adjusted EBITDA was $151 million, up 24% year-on-year; net profit was $55 million, down 15% year-on-year.
Additionally, Circle disclosed that its ARC Token presale financing reached $222 million, with a fully diluted valuation of $3 billion. Participating investors include a16z crypto, BlackRock, ARK Invest, and other institutions. The company also announced the launch of "Agent Stack" infrastructure for AI agent scenarios, including products such as Agent Wallets and Agent Marketplace, designed to support USDC-based AI agent payments and commercial activities.
