According to FinanceFeeds, the Estonian Financial Supervision and Resolution Authority has issued an investor warning to BB Trade Estonia OÜ, the operating entity of the Polish crypto exchange platform Zondacrypto. The warning states that when launching the TeamPL token, the company failed to publicly disclose the whitepaper on its website, violating Article 9(1) of the EU MiCA regulation regarding ongoing disclosure requirements.
