Any Perp DEX with a 'Deposit' button is essentially a CEX. Just because the platform doesn’t freeze your funds doesn’t mean it can’t. If you’re a whale, an arbitrage trader, or an active market maker, the mysterious risk controls you encounter on major exchanges will also happen in the so-called 'DEX' you trust.
