The frozen attack funds on Arbitrum can now be moved to Aave LLC, but the associated legal restrictions will transfer along with the assets. Previously, plaintiffs holding judgments against North Korea attempted to block the funds, arguing they could be used to enforce compensation rulings related to North Korea.
