Developed by China Mobile, this platform has integrated and provides services and capabilities for over 300 mainstream domestic AI large models, making it the platform with the highest concentration of large models in the country. It is reported that the platform pioneered a token-intensive operational model. Observations on-site showed that the platform can automatically analyze user needs and intelligently match the optimal model for tasks. Through three modes—'Cost Priority,' 'Effectiveness Priority,' and 'Balanced Priority'—the platform dynamically selects suitable solutions for users, completing tasks with lower token consumption and higher execution efficiency. When models experience timeouts, throttling, or failures, the platform can automatically achieve second-level switching to ensure uninterrupted business continuity. Currently, the platform has achieved a reduction of approximately 30% in unit token costs, a decrease of over 50% in resource usage, and an average daily call volume exceeding the trillion level.
