Why isn’t Trump’s close ally Musk on the list?
The Trump administration will be leading a delegation to China next week, bringing along a group of top U.S. corporate CEOs.
The lineup includes big names like NVIDIA, Apple, ExxonMobil, Boeing, Qualcomm, Blackstone, Citibank, Visa, and other industry giants.
Boeing is probably the most eager to visit China. They’ve been hoping Trump could help secure a massive order from China. Rumor has it that China might place a one-time order for 500 737 MAX planes plus dozens of wide-body jets, marking the country’s first large-scale Boeing purchase since 2017.
With so many big shots tagging along, the absence of Musk is a bit suspicious.
