Wu Blockchain has learned that BlackRock stated that under an appropriate regulatory framework, stablecoins have the potential to improve payment systems and drive new financial application scenarios like real-time settlement. BlackRock has submitted a comment letter to the U.S. Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC), offering suggestions it believes could help the GENIUS Act take effect.
