According to The Information reporter Leo Schwartz, the U.S. Treasury recently sent a letter to Binance, requesting compliance with a government-designated monitoring program. This includes timely submission of data records and documents, as well as cooperation with interview requests for relevant executives. The report states that this move is related to previous media revelations about 'over $1 billion in crypto assets flowing through Binance to entities linked to Iran.' The letter also asks Binance to provide information on executives including Chief Compliance Officer Noah Perlman, Global Sanctions Head Astra Cai, and Jukai 'Rock' He, along with details on former employees. Currently, Binance is required to hold regular monthly meetings with FinCEN and designated monitors. https://(wublock123.com)/news/us-treasury-asks-binance-to-cooperate-with-government-monitoring-program-60707
