[Grayscale Completes Q1 2026 Fund Rebalancing, Adds ENA to DeFi Fund and Removes AERO]
According to Deep Tide TechFlow, on May 7, Grayscale Investments completed the Q1 2026 rebalancing of its cryptocurrency industry funds. In the Decentralized Finance Fund, Ethena's ENA was added, while Aerodrome Finance's AERO was completely removed. After the adjustment, ENA holds a weight of 13.59%, becoming the fourth-largest holding in the fund. UNI ranks first with 35.22%, followed by Aave and Ondo Finance at 21.36% and 19.83%, respectively.
Reports indicate that this adjustment reflects a shift in institutional capital allocation toward stablecoin infrastructure, tokenized financial products, and yield-generating protocols. Additionally, it was disclosed that Grayscale's Smart Contract Fund only adjusted asset weights this quarter without adding or removing any assets. Ethereum regained its position as the largest holding at 30.14%, slightly surpassing Solana's 29.69%.
