The same strategy applies to secondary markets. Don’t just look at low market cap when deciding what to buy. If a project has low market cap, low open interest (OI), and no trading volume, who’s going to pump it after you open a position? Unless you’re the market maker yourself—buying at the bottom, taking control, and running the show. Otherwise, betting on this kind of setup has way too low a success rate. And don’t count on someone with insider info giving you a heads-up. No matter who it is, they’re just the counterparty to the market maker.
