I actually hadn’t thought about this case much before. For someone who has timelocked coins, they are unable to upgrade if a CRQC is built. The only way their coins can be protected is if EC is disabled but they’re allowed to use a pre-commitment to the TXID to broadcast it.(Matt Corallo 🟠)
