According to CoinDesk, (((Crypto.com))) has announced that its Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), Steven Kalifowitz, will officially step down on June 30 and subsequently transition to the role of CEO advisor. The company stated that during his nearly six-year tenure, Kalifowitz spearheaded (((Crypto.com)))'s transformation from a crypto app into a global brand, overseeing over $1 billion in branding and marketing investments. These included large-scale sports and entertainment sponsorships as well as global advertising campaigns. Among the most notable projects were the $70 million, 20-year naming rights for the Los Angeles sports arena (now (((Crypto.com))) Arena) and a $100 million global marketing campaign in collaboration with actor Matt Damon. Additionally, the company established long-term partnerships with top-tier sports IPs such as F1 and UFC.
