According to Techfundingnews, Moritz, an AI law firm co-founded by former OpenAI legal advisor Pamir Ehsas, announced the completion of $9 million in financing, led by Y Combinator and 20VC. Urban Innovation Fund, Inception, as well as founders from several tech companies including Reddit, Dropbox, and Hugging Face also participated in the round. Moritz positions itself as an 'AI-native law firm,' offering fixed-price legal services, where the majority of drafting and research work is performed by artificial intelligence, followed by review and legal accountability undertaken by lawyers.
